Matt leads Sovereign’s in-house trading team and brings years of experience in investment management and trading, having spent the majority of his professional career navigating the financial markets. He is Series 65 certified and a proud graduate of North Carolina State University, where his passion for finance and investments first began.
Outside of the markets, Matt is an avid golfer who enjoys staying active through strength training and running. He also loves to travel and experience new places. A dedicated college basketball and football fan, he takes pride in supporting NC State and sharing in the excitement of college sports. Matt is also a proud dog dad to a Shih Tzu named Harrison.
