Carmen Failla is Director of Finance at Sovereign Financial Group and serves as the Valuation Designee for the Align Alternative Access Fund. She joined Sovereign in 2006 after a career in institutional fixed income, including ten years at TIAA, where she worked in private debt investing and later as a Director and Portfolio Manager in public fixed income. She began her career as a financial analyst at Houlihan Lokey.
Carmen earned a B.S. from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
Outside of work, Carmen loves to travel and is an avid fan of the hunter-jumper world, frequently attending competitions with her family.
